Dear Sir or Madam:

Per the United States Patent Office’s (“USPTO”) request, Davison Design Development, Inc. (“Davison”) is providing the below Confidentiality Agreement statement to ensure Mr. Buckley that Davison will not breach the agreed upon terms that were entered into with him on September 30, 2005. The agreement reads:

Agreement:
I believe, to the best of my knowledge, that I am the original inventor of the idea described herein. I hereby authorize Davison to provide me with a no-cost discussion about my idea, with no purchase required. I understand submitting my concept is not a release and that this information cannot be used, disclosed, or sold without my expressed written permission. I also understand that all employees of Davison are required to sign an ethics and confidentiality agreement for my protection. By signing below, I understand that Davison does not promise or guarantee any financial gain from the development of any new product or idea.

The above statement ensures Mr. Buckley of our confidentiality. As well, Mr. Buckley did receive a refund for the partial payment we initially received from him. We wish him the best of luck in developing his concept. If the USPTO has any need for further information or assistance please contact our offices.

Very truly yours,

/s/George M. Davison
