What is your Complaint?

Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: website: www.adventproduct.net

Invention promotion service offered to be performed: Product was to be advertised on website targeting pet shops, dog breeders, dog trainers, veterinary clinics, etc…

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter:

I was advised, when I inquired, that it would take six to eight months when I signed the contract in January 2008.  In March 2009, when I inquired why it was taking so long, I was told that it was a two-year contract and that my invention would be submitted to a patent attorney in April 2009.  Tabitha advised me that it would take from two to six months to receive a patent application and that after I signed and returned it to them.  My invention would be offered to a manufacturer for a period of twelve months.

$9,000 was quite a bit to have to borrow, but I thought I would have been able to see some return on it by October of 2008.  That was not the case, though.
