Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter:I contacted the Invention Company on July 23, 2004. I had requested a patent search for $990 for my invention the Dyer nap sac stroller. At first everything seemed to go as planned. I Evelynn Dyer and the company executive Elizabeth Portuesi agreed on a payment plan but when I finally paid in full the last $50 every time I asked about my patent search it was always some poor excuse of why it wasn’t ready. I was more than patient for several months then I told Mrs. Portuesi that I no longer was interested in working with her company and would like a refund being that there was such a long delay in the work. She responded I got to give it to you because you already paid for it. I still haven’t received any correspondence from the company or patent search. They just took my money and said nothing.
