WHAT IS YOUR COMPLAINT?
Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in:
Invention promotion service offered to be performed:
Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter: I invested £6,500 in a company called International Technology Exchange Dublin in 2004. The service that they were offering was to take my invention idea and help me get it to the manufacturing stage, but I later realized that I was lied to from day one, and all they sent me was a box of stationary with instructions that made no sense at all. My phone calls were never answered, with anything that made any sense, and in November 2005 ITE went into liquidation.
I understand that the brains behind the company is XXX, who from what I have researched is an American possibly connected to Global Development Services, Virginia and also there is a XXX at present working for a company called Haynes@Boone, also located in the Virginia area of America. If this is one and the same man then he needs locking up.
International Technology Exchange Dublin was advertised on BBC television, as I thought a good endorsement, I couldn’t of been more wrong.
Please can you help me get my money back. Losing this money had a knock-on effect on my business, leaving me in the bankruptcy courts a year later. It has not been an easy time for me. Please do what you can to help me.
