WHAT IS YOUR COMPLAINT?

Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in:  Internet – www.Davison.com

Invention promotion service offered to be performed:  Services offered to construct my idea, market and license it.

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter:  I invested $11,840.00 on April 5th of 2012 with Davison Corporation to construct my idea in a professional form.  I had already written detailed specifications and built a model structure for their complete understanding.  They drew up a picture and it did not come close to my idea-my conception.  They would not go forward with my idea and wanted me to sign off on their misconception of my idea.  I told them I was assured the money sent was to construct my idea.  I asked for my money back since they could not accomplish what they had stated they could before I sent them the $11,840.00.  I believe they may market my idea in the future and their contract says they are partners with my idea if I agree to their virtual rendered drawing and I do not.
