WHAT IS YOUR COMPLAINT?
Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: TV
Invention promotion service offered to be performed: Help with marketing and making prototype design ready for manufacturing provisional patent, utility patent and licensing.
Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter: I, Jerry Bonds seek Invention Resource International around November 2009 to help me promote, market, make prototype and get patent on Active Activator A Exercise Machine. Until this date Invention Resource International has taken over $14,000 of my personal money and has breach of contract in which they have not found me a manufacture, nor license to purchase my exercise machine, nor have they design me a physical prototype. Each time Invention Resource International would complete a phase in the design they would insist on additional funds. I was confronted by Invention Resource International if I didn’t pay them in full, which I did, they will take control of Active Activator A Exercise Machine and claim my invention as their own and take full control of my exercise machine. I have filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commissioner about breach of contract, false advertisement, and willful intent to steal patents from the clients. I was promised Invention Resource International would perform all duties, helping with utility patent, making a physical prototype to present to a manufacture. Upon given money to Invention Resource International, they flip the scrip and deny any duties of making a physical prototype nor assisting me with filing a utility patent at proper date. Invention Resource International is a dishonorable company manipulating the public at lodge to steal valuable invention from the starving public. I am writing you to make notice if Invention Resource International, is currently trying to perform patent infringement or breach of contract and trying to steal patents from their clients for personal profit.
