WHAT IS YOUR COMPLAINT?

Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: Mailed Brochures

Invention promotion service offered to be performed:  Marketing to license or sell a patented filtration facial mask with funds from ANI matching my own $15,000 investment. 

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter:  I responded to advertising sent to me and was offered a contract which I eventually signed.  I did not receive written documents indicating details of ANI’s past record of customers compared to the number that received any money from ANI’s exercise of services rendered (as required) by the American Inventors Protection Act of 1999.

The services rendered to me fell far short of what I was led to believe I was contracting for.  I believe I have been the victim of a legitimized confidence scheme.
