During any outages to the Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) resulting from the scheduled relocation of the USPTO data center, oppositions to Extensions of Protection filed pursuant to Section 66 of the Trademark Act should be filed in paper and directed to:

Trademark Trial and Appeal Board
P.O. Box 1451
Alexandria, VA 22313-1451

In addition, you must also FAX a copy of the opposition to the Board at (571) 273-0059, so that the Board can timely notify the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization of the provisional refusal based on the opposition.
