USPTO Phone Contact Centers
USPTO will perform maintenance affecting the USPTO phone contact centers beginning at 7 p.m., Friday, February 27 and ending at 10 p.m., Sunday, March 1 EST.
Callers may experience longer than normal wait times during the maintenance period.
The following USPTO websites will also be unavailable during the maintenance period:
TMNG ID Manual Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Next Generation (TMNG) beta version of the Identification Manual for Acceptable Goods and Services beginning at 10:01 p.m., Friday, February 27 and ending at 3 a.m., Saturday, February 28 EST.
TMNG IDM users may experience difficulty connecting to the TMNG IDM beta version during the deployment period. The legacy Trademark ID Manual available at http://tess2.uspto.gov/netahtml/tidm.html is not impacted.
PRPS Maintenance
USPTO will perform maintenance on the Patent Review Processing System (PRPS) beginning at 1 a.m. and ending at 6 a.m., Saturday, February 28.
PRPS will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
USPTO Website Maintenance
The USPTO public website, www.uspto.gov, will undergo maintenance beginning at 3 a.m. and ending at 6 a.m., Tuesday, March 3 EST.
Users may experience intermittent interruptions when trying to access the site during the maintenance period.
