Severe weather has forced the closure of USPTO. Under the USPTO’s Disaster Planning procedures, many of the call centers servicing the public may be available with very limited services or closed for the safety of the employees. Customers are advised that they may have longer then usual wait times or will be directed to leave a voice mail.

TSDR Issue
USPTO is receiving reports that Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) is experiencing intermittent search and connectivity issues.
USPTO is investigating the issue and we apologize for any inconvenience.
