Trademark and TTAB Filing Deadlines
In view of the official closing of the USPTO on Monday, March 17; the deadlines for any trademark-related filings due on March, 17 will be considered as timely if filed on March 18.
Because the TEAS, ESTTA & TEASi forms cannot be reprogrammed to accept these delayed filings, customers will need to employ workaround procedures to file these submissions. For assistance with a TEAS/TEASi filing, e-mail TEAS@uspto.gov. For assistance with an ESTTA filing, e-mail ESTTA@uspto.gov.
