TESS Technical Problems
August 29 - The “Image List” display feature in the Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS) is now functioning properly. However, the Free Form search screen is not currently supporting the “multiple search” function. The “multiple search” issue is being addressed by staff at the USPTO. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
