EPAS Maintenance
Due to system maintenance, the Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS) will be unavailable on Thursday, February 14 starting at 12:01 a.m. EDT and ending at 3 a.m. EDT.
It is recommended that EPAS users complete their submissions before this time. We are making every effort to preserve all saved submissions, but please validate all data and attachments prior to payment.
We apologize for the inconcentience and thank you for your cooperation.
PRPS Software Upgrade
USPTO will upgrade the Patent Review Processing System (PRPS) software beginning at 12:01 a.m. EDT and ending at 5 a.m. on Saturday, February 16. PRPS will be unavailable during the upgrade period.
