EPAS, ESTTA, and TMOG Maintenances
EPAS and ESTTA Maintenances
The USPTO will perform two maintenances affecting the Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS) and Electronic System for Trademarks Trials Appeals (ESTTA).
- The first maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m. and end at 5 a.m., Tuesday, May 26 ET.
- The second maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m. and end at 5 a.m., Thursday, May 28 ET.
EPAS customers may save their submissions prior to the maintenances, and submit the saved submissions once the maintenance periods are complete.
EPAS and ESTTA will not be available during either of the maintenance periods.
TMOG Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) beginning at 11:59 p.m., Tuesday, May 26 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 27 ET.
TMOG will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
