EFS-Web, TTABVUE, and RAM Maintenances

EFS-Web Maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Electronic Filing System (EFS-Web)  beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 4:00 a.m., Sunday, August 30 ET.

EFS-Web and EFS-Web Contingency will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

Registered e-Filers are advised to submit or download their Saved Submission Packages prior to 11:59 p.m., Saturday, August 29 to avoid any potential issues with Saved Submission Packages after the maintenance is complete.

TTABVUE Maintenance

USPTO will perform maintenance on Trademark Trial and Appeal Board VUE (TTABVUE) beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending 5 a.m., Sunday, August 30.

TTABVUE will not be available during the maintenance period.

RAM Maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Revenue Accounting and Management (RAM) system beginning at  12:01 a.m. and ending at 6 a.m., Sunday, August 30 ET.

All payment processing through the following USPTO systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:

  • Electronic Filing System (EFS-Web) and EFS-Web Contingency
  • Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
  • Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS)
  • Order Entry Management System (OEMS)
  • Office of Finance On-Line Shopping Site
  • Revenue Accounting and Management (RAM)
  • Patent Review Processing System (PRPS)
  • Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
  • Trademark Electronic Application System international (TEASi)

ESTTA and ETAS will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

For EFS-Web Applications

EFS-Web applicants may use an alternative payment method, such as submitting a deposit account authorization or faxing in a credit card authorization to 571-273-8300.

For Trademark Customers

If your deadline is today and the document requiring a fee payment cannot be filed electronically, you must use an alternative method of filing.
