TEASi - Payment Error Message

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our payment system for customers using the Subsequent Designation form. Users of this form may receive an “Internal Failure” error message after submitting payment information. Although the financial portion of the transaction completed, a technical glitch prevented the subsequent designation form from updating with the payment information. The problem is being addressed by staff at the USPTO. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.   • telephone number
  • date of submission
  • international registration number
