Technical Difficulties with TESS, ID Manual and Design Search Code Manual
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS), the Acceptable Identification of Goods and Services Manual (ID Manual), and the Design Search Code Manual.
