Translation Of Patent And Non-Patent Documents From
Any Foreign Language Into Standard American English

  IMPORTANT NOTICES: 

The following contracts were awarded on February 1, 2007 from Translation Services RFP DOC52PAPT0701003: Foreign Language Services, Inc., Huntsville, AL 35801, Contract No. 50PAPT0701015; Linguistic Systems, Inc., Cambridge, MA 02139, Contract No. 50PAPT0701016; McElroy Translation, Austin, TX 78701, Contract No. 50PAPT0701017; and ALST Schreiber Translations, Rockville, MD 20850, Contract No. 50PAPT0701018. The estimated award amount is $8 to 10 million.

 PREVIOUS INFORMATION:

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to procure translations services (all languages) involving the translation of patent and non-patent documents from any foreign language into Standard American English.

Responses to the Pre-Solicitation notice are due no later than 2:00 PM (EST) August 9, 2006.
