The USPTO is pleased to announce that solicitation number DOC52PAPT0601003 was awarded on January 31, 2006 as contract number DOC50PAPT0601003, an 8(a) award, in the amount of $4,362,387.00 to CBase Solutions, Inc., 7545 Springlake Dr. Bethesda, MD 20817.

PREVIOUS INFORMATION:

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) seeks to award a Fixed Price Type Contract to acquire on-site Public Search Facility Library Support Services. These services will focus on performing the duties associated with the maintenance of paper and microfilm files. The period of performance for this requirement is anticipated to be for a base year and two additional one-year options periods. Additionally, the successful Offeror has the opportunity to earn up to two additional award term years depending on contract performance.

The requirement is anticipated to be an 8a Competitive award.

 Proposals are due no later than 1:00 p.m. EST, Thursday, January 5, 2006.
