IMPORTANT NOTICES:

The USPTO is pleased to announce award of Contract No. DOC50PAPT0701008 to TSR, Inc. of Mechanicsburg, PA resulting from Solicitation No. DOCRFQ0700012 for Broadband Management Services. The total estimated award amount for the base period is $131,400.00. The award was made on December 6, 2006.

PREVIOUS INFORMATION:

The USPTO intends to procure Broadband Management Services on a firm fixed price basis. This is a Commercial Items solicitation and is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The requirement is for a base year and four 12 month option periods. An indefinite delivery type contract is contemplated. The requirement is set aside 100% for Small Business competition. The NAICS code is 518111 and size standard is $23 Million.
