IMPORTANT NOTICES:

The USPTO is pleased to announce award of Contract No. DOC50PAPT0701070 to Rieger Communications, Inc. of Clarksburg, MD resulting from Solicitation No. DOC52PAPT0701011 for Plant Patent Color Photo Reproduction Services.  The total estimated value of the contract, including all options is $1,262,633.  The award was  made on July 20, 2007. 

PREVIOUS NOTICES:

The USPTO seeks to award a requirements type contract to fulfill its continuing requirement for high quality color/part-color photoprints and digital images of original plant patent drawings.  This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses.

Proposals are due by 2PM local time on Friday, March 16, 2007.
