The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has a continuing requirement for the printing, imaging, binding, and distribution of United States Patents. This requirement fulfills all USPTO requirements for digital images, photo prints and additional photo prints of plant patent drawings issuing each week. Photo prints comprise color/part-color, black and white halftones, and hand-colored drawing sheets. USPTO intends to compete this requirement as a Competitive Small Business Set-aside for a 12-month base period, with four (4), one (1)-year option periods for a maximum period of performance of five (5) years. The Government contemplates a single award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirements contract. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 323117 (Books Printing). The small business size standard is 500 employees. This is a follow-on competition to Contract No. DOC50PAPT0801018 which is held by NPC, Inc. Contract No. DOC50PAPT0701070, which was held by Rieger Imaging. The requirements for both of these contracts were combined for this solicitation. Questions will be entertained utilizing the procedures specified in the RFP. NOTE: It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps and USPTO web sites for release of subsequent amendments. |
