The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) seeks to re-evaluate the patent examiner production measurement system with particular focus on updating the examiner production goals and possible changes to the production credit system which determines at what points and in what amounts production credit is given. The re-evaluation process should use appropriate data and information that will allow the Agency to adjust the goals as a result of this effort and then repeat the provided methodology in the future.

This RFQ is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 541614.
