The USPTO Office of Civil Rights has a requirement for Merit Final Agency Decision Writing Services in support of its Equal Employment Opportunity program. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. Small business size standard is $7M. Multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreements are anticipated, however the USPTO reserves the right to issue a BPA to only one vendor if it is determined to be more advantageous to the Government to do so. Proposals are due to the Contracting Officer via email: Heather Bakos not later than 12:00 NOON (EST), Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Anticipated award date is April 29, 2010. |
