FOIA Tracking Software Purchase (COTS) 
USPTO is to acquire commercial off the shelf (COTS) FOIA specific software for the USPTO FOIA Program. This software is required to track FOIA requests, produce FOIA-specific reports for reporting and programmatic management forecasts, and manage documents responsive to FOIA requests, including redactions.
Quotes are due at USPTO, Office of Procurement, 600 Dulany Street, MDE 7 th Floor, Alexandria VA 22313 no later than 2 PM (local time) August 15, 2007 . All responses may be emailed to Eileen McGlinn at eileen.mcglinn@uspto.gov , or faxed to 571-273-6564. Proposals must reference RFQ number RFQ-FOIA-1.
