CIO End User Support (EUS) Services

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is pleased to announce award of Contract No. DOC50PAPT0901027 to Evolver, Inc.,, of Reston Virginia resulting from Solicitation No. DOC52PAPT0801009 for End User Support (EUS) Services for the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the USPTO. The award was made on August 24, 2009 at a total ceiling price of $132.5M (basic plus four 1-year option periods).

PREVIOUS NOTICES:

The USPTO, an organization with an employee base of approximately 7,000, has a requirement for End User Support (EUS) Services for the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the USPTO. These services fall under the Information Technology Operations and Maintenance (ITOM) services described in the third paragraph in the "CIO Requirements" synopsis on our Special Notices page.

It has come to our attention that the procurement and vendor communities are having trouble accessing the FedBizOpps on the web. The web-site is undergoing a redesign and until further notice, you may try accessing FedBizOpps through the following url: https://www.fbo.gov

NOTE: You may be required to change your password for the new site.

Proposals are due no later than 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST), Thursday, May 8, 2008.

USPTO will be accepting RFP questions from contractors until 9:00 A.M. EST, Tuesday, April 15, 2008.
