Only one responsible source: the supplies or services needed by the agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements.

Synopsis:
The United States Patent & Trademark Office intends to issue a sole source award to Matthew Bender & Company, Inc. for the maintenance of 12 publications that are only published by LexisNexis Matthew Bender. The USPTO Executive Library maintains a collection of intellectual property law treatises utilized by the Office External Affairs which are maintained by LexisNexis Matthew Bender.
