  IMPORTANT NOTICES: 

The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is pleased to announce award of the BPA for Equal Employment Opportunities Investigation Services to the following vendors: Cross Mediation, Inc., JDG & Associates, Stuart Plotnick, and HR Solutions & Services. Award was made on March 18, 2008. 

PREVIOUS NOTICES:

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) investigation services pertaining to employee complaints related to employment discrimination governed by Title 7. As such, timeliness and thoroughness are critical to meeting the government’s statutory responsibility to resolve these matters in an expeditious manner.

This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotes (RFQ). Award will be made on the basis of competition, limited to small business concerns.

Questions should be addressed via e-mail to Chris Harris and must be received by 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 14, 2008.

>Quotes must be received by Friday, February 19, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. EST.
