This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as applicable, and as supplemental with additional information included in this notice.  This is solicitation number DOC52PAPT1200013 issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, effective on August 4, 2011.
