Telephonic Public Meetings
TPAC will have public meetings via telephone conference on the following dates at the following times.

It is anticipated that each telephone conference will last about an hour.
The next in-person TPAC meeting (at the USPTO) will be March 8 and 9, 2012 . The main public meeting (the one that is webcast) will be at Friday, March 9, beginning at 9 a.m. EST. An agenda will be published later for that meeting.
The public is invited to listen to the telephone conferences. You may do so by dialing this telephone number -- 1-888-566-1610 (passcode 4769358). Due to the short nature of these monthly calls, TPAC will not be receiving public comments or questions on them. TPAC invites public comments and questions at the meetings it holds approximately four times per year at the USPTO.
At each of the telephone conferences, the agenda will be:
- Review of the status of issues assigned to individual TPAC members, in order to check the progress of that member in monitoring those issues with the USPTO. This may include TPAC discussion of such issues.
After each telephonic public meeting, TPAC anticipates voting to have a TPAC-only executive session via telephone conference to discuss any personnel, privileged, or other confidential matters that are before TPAC. No specific matters are known as of this time.
