Washington - Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office David Kappos will discuss a proposed initiative that would allow applicants to choose different patent processing options. This proposed initiative is a continuation of USPTO's efforts to enable applicants to prioritize their applications, and the USPTO's workload, to meet the needs and demands of the marketplace.
