Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Jon Dudas will speak at UNC Charlotte to highlight President Bush's competitiveness initiative and agenda to make the health care system more efficient while continuing to lead the world in cutting edge medicine.
